Hoopnotica: Exercise that makes you feel like a... →
I went to a teacher’s training class at Hoopnotica on Saturday and it was fabulous! I’m inspired to create a yoga/hooping class for the L.A. community. an ethiopian take on hummus
2 - 3 cups cooked and drained garbanzo beans (make sure to soak them overnight before cooking) 3 - 6 Tbsp bean cooking liquid or water - depending on how thick you like your hummus 1/4 - 1/2 c. unroasted sesame tahini 3 - 4 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (I like my hummus to have a strong lemon taste) 2 - 3 Tbsp olive oil 2 or more cloves fresh garlic- minced  1 - 2 tsp ground cumin...
